  3. These are all great pointers. I feel like the food a person makes and eats says so much about them as human beings. I can’t even describe it. It’s almost like a healing journey, and the cooking of the food is like journaling. Eating it is like dealing with all your trauma. Healing, in a way. Food bloggers have so much depth to them because of it.
