ReplyDeleteYou can make these gluten free by using gluten free breadcrumbs, Alternatively you can add an extra 1/2 Tbsp of corn flour and omit the breadcrumbs. You can also replace the breadcrumbs with coarsely ground gluten free oats for coating.
