I have to say the mango smoothie with avocado is a welcome combination and I like that you use an optimum 9400. I really wish I had a good blender! x
I am so pleased to hear your thoughts on the blender. Sometimes I think it is better to pay more and get a better quality product. I do love a good smoothie and I could make soups with the blender as well!
Awesome recipe, I'll definitely be trying this. I absolutely love smoothies and always feel so healthy after drinking them. Thanks for sharing - January is the perfect time to get healthy! Nikki x
You can skip the chia seeds and the dates .I used the dates to add sweetness, you can add honey or agave nectar or not add any sweetner if your mango is sweet.
