Great recipe. Is double cream always used in Panna Cotta? I've had some that seemed extremely thin and a bit disappointing. I love a dessert with a bit of substance as well as a refreshing taste.
ReplyDeleteI always use double cream but you can cheat and used skimmed milk although its creamier with full cream milk.
DeleteYum, I bet that tastes so good! I love lemon desserts.
